OAC provides a unique work simulation in combining real world tasks with clinical motion capture to measure mechanical functioning. The electrician is taken through both standardized and non-standardized task to assess capacity to safely return to work performing all the critical physical demands such as standing, bending, crouching, and climbing. Tasks are scored according to electrical standards to ensure that the quality of work can be maintained.
